If you’re a fan of Trader Joe’s ube ice cream or Ube Mochi cake mix, you’ve probably been waiting for TJ’s to bring the two together. Well, now, it’s here: Trader Joe’s Ube Mochi Ice Cream.

The mochi is thinner and stretchier on these than the other mochi ice cream I’ve had from TJ’s. Not that it’s ever that thick, but you get what I mean. And though I never grabbed the full pint of ube ice cream, this is kind of the perfect portion control for dessert. One or two and you’re done.

Six to a package. With temps heating up into the weekend, these will be gone in no time flat. Ube items always seem to fly off the shelves, so don’t sleep on this one.
