I&#8217;ll gladly buy a bag of sea salt for $8, a good bottle of olive oil for $20 or more. I&#8217;m not a nitpicker about splitting a check when out to eat with friends.  But we&#8217;ve had pizza delivered a couple of times in the last few weeks, just for two of us.  And it was $20+ for a medium pizza. When did regular ol&#8217; pizza get so damn expensive? <\/p>\n<p>Keep pizza dough around, or pick some up at your local market and you&#8217;ll be spending a whole lot less than $20 for pizza. Dinner in a flash: Trader Joe&#8217;s pizza dough, Bionaturae tomato, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.columbussalame.com\/products\/classic-salame\/toscano-salame\" target=\"_blank\">Columbus Salame Toscano<\/a>, sliced poblanos, red onion, grated mozzarella and <a href=\"http:\/\/store.beechershandmadecheese.com\/p-29-flagship-1-lb.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">Beecher&#8217;s Flagship<\/a>.
