But because I was a little leery about shrimp, I went with the tofu version. Two to a package for $5.49, they come with a cashew dipping sauce. It&#8217;s a little like a peanut sauce with a hit of Thai chili sauce mixed in. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"740\" height=\"987\" src=\"https:\/\/dailywaffle.com\/stage1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Trader-joes-Spring-Rolls-with-Tofu-box.jpg\" alt=\"Trader Joe's Spring Rolls with Tofu and cashew dipping sauce\n\" class=\"lazyload_inited wp-image-24302\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dailywaffle.com\/stage1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Trader-joes-Spring-Rolls-with-Tofu-box.jpg 740w, https:\/\/dailywaffle.com\/stage1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Trader-joes-Spring-Rolls-with-Tofu-box-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/dailywaffle.com\/stage1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Trader-joes-Spring-Rolls-with-Tofu-box-450x600.jpg 450w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 740px) 100vw, 740px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.412), 18px);\">TJ&#8217;s filling includes lettuce, carrot, a little red cabbage, a little mint, and mung bean noodles along with the tofu. I could have used a little more noodle in the mix, but that&#8217;s just personal preference. The rice paper was in good shape, hydrated enough, except one one corrner on one roll, which was a little firm. But definitely check them out when you pick your box. A couple packages I looked at had tears in the rice paper.  You get a good amount of cashew sauce for two rolls, so I don&#8217;t think you&#8217;ll run out.  I could see using the rest on a salad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.412), 18px);\">They&#8217;re not marked vegan, but appear to be, except for possibly the cane sugar in the sauce. So you&#8217;re probably in the clear with the rolls themselves. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"740\" height=\"987\" src=\"https:\/\/dailywaffle.com\/stage1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Trader-Joes-Spring-Rolls-with-Tofu-interior.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"lazyload_inited wp-image-24303\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dailywaffle.com\/stage1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Trader-Joes-Spring-Rolls-with-Tofu-interior.jpg 740w, https:\/\/dailywaffle.com\/stage1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Trader-Joes-Spring-Rolls-with-Tofu-interior-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/dailywaffle.com\/stage1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Trader-Joes-Spring-Rolls-with-Tofu-interior-450x600.jpg 450w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 740px) 100vw, 740px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.412), 18px);\">I have made own <a href=\"https:\/\/dailywaffle.com\/stage1\/2012\/09\/19\/vegetarian-summer-rolls-w-quinoa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">summer rolls with tofu and quinoa <\/a> and some veg, but the convenience of TJ&#8217;s  is worth it if you&#8217;re not looking to roll a bunch.  Would I buy Trader Joe&#8217;s Spring Rolls with Tofu again? Yeah, probably. It&#8217;s a light, refreshing snack and you&#8217;re getting some veg.
