But I&#8217;m also really liking Trader Joe&#8217;s Mafalda Corta with its ruffly little edges. They&#8217;re almost like itty bitty lasagna sheets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-style-default\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"740\" height=\"987\" src=\"https:\/\/dailywaffle.com\/stage1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Trader-Joes-Mafalda.jpg\" alt=\"Trader Joe's Mafalda Corta Pasta\" class=\"lazyload_inited wp-image-23270\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dailywaffle.com\/stage1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Trader-Joes-Mafalda.jpg 740w, https:\/\/dailywaffle.com\/stage1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Trader-Joes-Mafalda-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/dailywaffle.com\/stage1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Trader-Joes-Mafalda-450x600.jpg 450w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 740px) 100vw, 740px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.412), 18px);px\">I ended up trying it out with zucchini, tomatoes, and capers from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blueapron.com\/recipes\/mafalda-pasta-with-zucchini-tomatoes-parmesan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">this Blue Apron recipe.<\/a> You can get all the ingredients from Trader Joe&#8217;s, but for me, it doesn&#8217;t really need the creme fraiche. I think that&#8217;ll be next on the to-do list. Will I buy Trader Joe&#8217;s Mafalda Corta again?
