As someone who does eat eggs and cheese, I did miss a little of the egginess of standard pasta dough. But the pasta is actually thin and delicate and pretty dang good for a packaged pasta! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"740\" height=\"987\" src=\"https:\/\/dailywaffle.com\/stage1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Trader-Joes-Vegan-Spinach-and-Cashew-Ravioli-with-label.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"lazyload_inited wp-image-21942\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dailywaffle.com\/stage1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Trader-Joes-Vegan-Spinach-and-Cashew-Ravioli-with-label.jpg 740w, https:\/\/dailywaffle.com\/stage1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Trader-Joes-Vegan-Spinach-and-Cashew-Ravioli-with-label-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/dailywaffle.com\/stage1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Trader-Joes-Vegan-Spinach-and-Cashew-Ravioli-with-label-450x600.jpg 450w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 740px) 100vw, 740px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.412), 18px);px\">There were 21 ravioli in the package, so roughly 7 per serving, which is a pretty reasonable portion. I made <a href=\"http:\/\/ccoking.nytimes.com\/recipes\/1015987-classic-marinara-sauce\">a basic marinara<\/a>, boiled the pasta, and had them for lunch. Because the pasta is so delicate, definitely boil them gently. But as you can see in the cross section, it&#8217;s literally a spinach-cashew filling.  I boiled them in lightly salted water, but I found them a little plain without sauce. They definitely need something with a little acid to pep them up. But based on what I&#8217; remember, I&#8217;d say TJ&#8217;s takes it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img src=\"https:\/\/dailywaffle.com\/stage1\/wp-content\/plugins\/trx_addons\/components\/lazy-load\/images\/placeholder.png\" data-trx-lazyload-height style=\"height: 0; padding-top: 133.37837837838%;\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"740\" height=\"987\" data-trx-lazyload-src=\"https:\/\/dailywaffle.com\/stage1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Trader-Joes-Vegan-Spinach-and-Cashew-Ravioli-plated.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21945\"   \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.412), 18px);px\">Will I buy them again? Yes.
