If you’re a fan of Trader Joe’s ube ice cream or Ube Mochi cake mix,<\/a> you’ve probably been waiting for TJ’s to bring the two together. Well, now, it’s here: Trader Joe’s Ube Mochi Ice Cream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The mochi is thinner and stretchier on these than the other mochi ice cream I’ve had from TJ’s. Not that it’s ever that thick, but you get what I mean. And though I never grabbed the full pint of ube ice cream, this is kind of the perfect portion control for dessert. One or two and you’re done. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Six to a package. With temps heating up into the weekend, these will be gone in no time flat. Ube items always seem to fly off the shelves, so don’t sleep on this one. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
