Located\u00a0next to the new Delta lounge between the A and B terminals, Floret offers both dine-in and grab-and-go menu options, as well as\u00a0a full bar serving cocktails, Washington beer, wine and hard cider.<\/p>\n<p>Floret features many of the same Northwest purveyors who supply <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafeflora.com\">Cafe Flora<\/a>, Seattle&#8217;s landmark vegetarian restaurant, including produce from <a href=\"https:\/\/whistlingtrainfarm.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Whistling Train Farm<\/a> in Kent, tofu from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.islandspringorganics.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Island Spring Organics<\/a> on Vashon Island, dairy from Medosweet Farms, and eggs from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stiebrsfarms.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Stiebrs Farms<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Chef Bernadette Biela&#8217;s menu includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Southern Platter\u00a0<\/strong>eggs or\u00a0seasoned tofu, garlicky greens, housemade gluten-free biscuit, vegan country gravy<\/li>\n<li><strong>Farmers Market Bowl <\/strong>with\u00a0cheesy grits topped with delicata squash, lacinato kale, &amp; sun dried tomato jam, choice of egg<\/li>\n<li><strong>Superfood Salad<\/strong>\u00a0with<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>kale, cabbage, broccoli, onion, brussels sprouts, carrot, chia seeds, almonds &amp; creamy ahpple cider vinaigrette<\/li>\n<li><strong>French Dip with\u00a0<\/strong>portobello mushrooms and caramelized onions on a gluten free bread with mushroom garlic au jus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Housemade pastries including Cafe Flora\u2019s signature vegan cinnamon rolls are also available.<\/p>\n<p>Beverages include <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stumptowncoffee.com\">Stumptown Coffee<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rachelsgingerbeer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rachel\u2019s Ginger Beer<\/a> and\u00a0Mystic Kombucha on tap.
