RN74’s Champagne Fete (1:30-3:30 pm)<\/strong>\u00a0– Join\u00a0RN74 Sommeliers Jeff Linsday-Thorsen and Paul Swanson for a guided champagne tasting with six selections, including\u00a0Dom Perignon 2004,\u00a0Louis Roederer ‘Cristal’ 2009 and\u00a0Marc Hebrart 2012 Special Club 2012. Hot Stove Society: Classic Sauces<\/a> <\/strong>(2:00-4:00 p.m.) — Chef Bridget Charters takes you through classic sauces including demi-glace, beurre blanc, glacage, hollandaise, bernaise and more. Hot Stove Society: Drinking, Cursing and Cooking<\/a> <\/strong>(6:00 – 8:00 p.m.) — Join Chef Matt Fortner for a devilish Krampus-inspired holiday class with 7 dishes and 4 beverage pairings including\u00a0squid ink pasta with hot sauce with fried chicken wings, squid ink pasta with clams alla diavola, blood sausage and devil’s food cake.
