In line with the Lakehouse&#8217;s farm-to-table approach, the <a href=\"http:\/\/thelakehousebellevue.com\/menu\/?menu=brunch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">brunch menu<\/a> includes both sweet and savory offerings with ingredients from a range of Northwest farms and purveyors.<\/p>\n<p>Featured dishes and tipples include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Cocoa Coffee Flour Pancake Short Stack<\/em><\/strong>, Blueberries &amp; Yogurt, Walnuts, Sticky Toffee<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Grilled Albacore Tuna,<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Summer Squash &amp; Garden Bean Salad, Soft Cooked Egg, Tomato, Black Olive Tapenade<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>\u201cShrimp n Grits,\u201d<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Spot Prawns, Anson Mills Grits, Tomato Chutney, Peppers &amp; Grilled Onions<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Grilled Mishima Ranch Butchers Cut Steak<\/em><\/strong>, Anson Mills Cheddar Gritts, Garlicky Saut\u00e9ed Kale, Sunnyside Up Eggs<\/li>\n<li><b><i>Build- your-own Mimosas to Share <\/i><\/b><i>(<\/i><i>Orange,\u00a0Pom-Cran\u00a0and\u00a0Grapefruit- Elderflower)<\/i><\/li>\n<li><strong>Bloody Marys <\/strong>with<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>fresh vegetables and house-made bloody mary mix, with a house-made bacon vodka option.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Coffee flour, a byproduct of coffee bean production, makes an appearance in a few places on the menu, one is particularly unexpected: a coffee flour chocolate cherry martini. Wilson is executive chef and creative director of product development for<a href=\"http:\/\/www.coffeeflour.com\"> Coffee Flour<\/a> (the company).\u00a0You may have seen coffee flour <a href=\"https:\/\/dailywaffle.com\/stage1\/2017\/03\/29\/what-do-you-do-with-coffee-flour\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">on the shelves at Trader Joe&#8217;s several months back<\/a>. It&#8217;ll be interesting to see how the execution works there, as they&#8217;re using a Godiva coffee flour syrup. \u00a0If you&#8217;ve ever made your own chocolate syrup using cocoa, I&#8217;m betting it&#8217;s the same.<\/p>\n<p>The Lakehouse is located at the Lincoln Square Expansion (10455 NE 5th Place, Bellevue; 425- 454-7075).
