The weekend&#8217;s theme: World Flavors, including Brazilian, Caribbean, Chinese, French, Indian, Malaysian and Persian cuisines. The weekend kicks off on Friday night with a reception and demos, followed by two days of eating, drinking and hands-on team activities.
