My latest chip obsession is <a href=\" http:\/\/www.buykettlechips.com\/30th-birthday.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kettle Chips\u2019 Red Chili<\/a>, a flavor they\u2019ve brought back for a limited time to celebrate their 30<sup>th<\/sup> birthday. They\u2019re dang close to the Miss Vickie\u2019s Sweet Chili and Sour Cream I\u2019ve only been able to get in Canada and they\u2019re perfect with this Tzatziki Chicken Salad Sandwich.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload_inited aligncenter wp-image-10615 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/dailywaffle.com\/stage1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/tzatziki-chicken-salad.jpg\" alt=\"tzatziki chicken salad sandwich\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dailywaffle.com\/stage1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/tzatziki-chicken-salad.jpg 500w, https:\/\/dailywaffle.com\/stage1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/tzatziki-chicken-salad-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/dailywaffle.com\/stage1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/tzatziki-chicken-salad-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/dailywaffle.com\/stage1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/tzatziki-chicken-salad-94x94.jpg 94w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This salad is the kind of thing you can whip together from a couple of chicken breasts you cooked earlier in the week. These were just seasoned with salt and pepper and sauteed in a pan. I like crunchy when it comes to \u201csalad sandwiches\u201d of any kind, so I\u2019ve diced the cucumber rather than grating it and added some celery and a radish. The radish is totally optional, but adds some nice color and when you\u2019ve got radishes rolling around in your vegetable drawer, why not? It&#8217;s the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.alwaysorderdessert.com\/2010\/01\/10-tips-for-reducing-food-waste-in-2010.html#.UV4sQqvEpAY\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Reverse Grocery List<\/a> in action.<\/p>\n<p>While you\u2019d ordinarily do chicken salad sandwiches with mayo, this one goes Greek (yogurt) for its creaminess. Your call on whether you go full-fat, two percent or zero, but Fage zero is usually what we have around and it does just fine.\u00a0 As usual with tzatziki, you&#8217;ll want to let the lemon and garlic mojinate in the yogurt and eat or serve this chilled.\u00a0 The garlic is on the light side, lighter than when I make tzatziki on its own, so you can eat this at work without pitstopping to brush your teeth before your afternoon meetings. This is designed to be a sandwich, so if you want \u00a0to serve it over greens as a chicken salad <em>salad, <\/em>you will probably want more lemon and more salt. I did.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re not eating this straight away, the cucumbers will start to give up their water and thin the yogurt a bit.
