All posts are written and photographed by <a href=\"https:\/\/dailywaffle.com\/stage1\/michelle-bio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Michelle Jenkins<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.412), 18px);\">Here\u2019s what you can expect on the Waffle:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.412), 18px);\"><strong>BOOKS &#8211; Contemporary &amp; Historical Romance, Rom-Coms, Thrillers, and Asian American YA, as well as Cookbooks, Food Culture, and Food-Related Fiction.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019ve been a book nerd since I was a kid, and my love of books has crossed over with food. I\u2019m an avid collector of cookbooks and consumer of food culture and food-related fiction.\u00a0 Romance, Thrillers, Historical Fiction, and Asian American YA are also on my TBR. As a mixed race Asian American, I&#8217;m particularly interested in (and an advocate for) books by and about people of color. I also review books on TikTok and Instagram at @dailywafflebooks. There are Doritos, Oreos and ramen packages in my cupboard alongside the pasta and dried beans. DailyWaffle originated as a food blog and you&#8217;ll find recipes that reflect my mixed heritage growing up in California. I&#8217;m also a long time Trader Joe&#8217;s shopper and it turned into a regular feature called &#8220;We Tried Trader Joe&#8217;s.&#8221;\u00a0 You&#8217;ll also periodically find We Tried&#8217;s for other products that catch my eye.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(14px, 0.875rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.412), 18px);\">Interested in working together?
