We Tried Trader Joe’s Gluten Free Yellow Mini Sheet Cake

We Tried Trader Joe’s Coconut Crispy Rolls

Trader Joe’s Coconut Crispy Rolls are super addictive ($1.99 for 2.82 oz box). There’s not a lot to them – it’s just like, coconut milk, eggs, black sesame, tapioca starch.

In Thailand, they’re called thong muan and they’re made on hot presses, almost like Italian pizzelles. They have the texture of French pirouline cookies. They’re really coconutty, really crispy, super good.

I could see cracking them over a chocolate cake for some texture, but really, I’d just eat them. And if you love coconut, you’re gonna wanna eat the whole box.
