I rolled through Trader Joe’s today on the hunt for those felted wool wreaths (no luck) and instead found Trader Joe’s is refreshing its holiday health and beauty offerings for 2022. It’s good to see some brand new items as well as returning favorites in new scents. Prices weren’t posted yet at my store, but I’m sure your local will be haopy to help you out.
I know the Brazil Nut Body Butter fans are gonna love this one. A full “body glow set” with body wash, a salt scrub, body mist and of course, body butter. I did call the store for this one, it’s $9.99.
While we’ve seen the ultra moisturizing hand cream sets in years past, the scents are new for 2022 with Orchid and Olive Oil, Cherry Blossom and Almond Oil, and Lavender and Bergamot. Only the last one really appeals to me, so this one might be staying on the shelf. But it could make a nice hostess gift.
It looks like Trader Joe’s has replaced the White Pine hand soap and lotion set it had for several years, trading it in for Cedar Balsam. A new Red Fruits of the Forest candle is also coming to shelves, “with hints of pomegranate, plum, raspberry and cedar” and a wooden wick.
Trader Joe’s Body Butter Trio is a returning item with the same scents as last year: Citrus & Cedarwood, Brown Sugar & Fig and Sugar Plum. I got rid of the first two last year and sugar plum was the only keeper for me.
Stocking stuffer alert! Trader Joe’s Gummy Bear flavored lip duo includes a lip balm butter and an overnight lip mask. But the question is, what flavor is gummy bear?!
Finally, Trader Joe’s is bringing back the “Merry & Bright Skin Care Trio” with Vitamin C serum, a glow face mask and another lip balm butter.
