The Tom Douglas Cookbook Social comes to the Palace Ballroom on December 4. This year’s line up is a who’s who of Seattle and Portland chefs, you have to admit it’s been a pretty great year for cookbooks. The $20 entrance fee puts a glass of wine in your hand and gets you tastes from several of the featured cookbooks, book signing opportunities, and samples from some of the Pacific Northwest’s best food artisans, bakers and brewers. Tickets are available here
