We Tried Trader Joe’s Gluten Free Yellow Mini Sheet Cake
with Chocolate Frosting! I've been on alert for Trader Joe's Yellow Mini Sheet Cake with chocolate frosting after seeing u/aswewaltz posted it in NY on Reddit 8 days ago. Every trip, I was disappointed. But today...finally... TJ's in the PNW have been blessed with the new gluten free sheet cake. So let's cut into it!…

In Photos: The Most Important Meal of the Day at Tom Douglas’ Culinary Camp

At Tom Douglas‘ Culinary Camp, breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

Yeah, that’s breakfast.

Cowboy styles.

What goes with a cowboy BBQ breakfast? Maker’s.

And if not Maker’s, then cold brew.

Perhaps you need a little divine inspiration for breakfast?

Start with fried chicken. Cheese optional.

Add scrambled egg, gravy (just a little) and a couple of hits of tabasco. On a biscuit.

(You’re drooling. Don’t worry, next time you’re in Seattle, you can have this at Serious Biscuit.)

By the end of the week, I was having kid size portions. You can’t go wrong with an array of Bavarian Meats and a Brave Horse pretzel. (Yeah, I went back for the other half).

Especially served up by these guys.

I’m still digesting.  More to come from Tom Douglas’ Culinary Camp.
