It’s always a little odd when a list ends up being 19 instead of a nice round number like 20, but these are the books by Asian and Pacific Islander authors I’m tracking so far for 2023. It’s a good mix of romance, contemporary fiction, mystery, and thriller for your TBR.

There are three books published by Harper Collins on this list. I support the HCP Union on Strike, and I’ve made the conscious decision to include (versus exclude) them here as marginalized authors will undoubtedly feel the ripple effects of HC’s refusal to come to the able more acutely.
