Pumpkin Cream Cheese was the early signal that Trader Joe’s annual Pumpkinpalooza was on its way. Then last weekend Pumpkin Spice Cream Liqueur and a few Pumpkin beers turned up. And now, it looks like Pumpkinpalooza is on. And some of the new entries are looking promising.
Mini Pumpkin Ginger Scones – I brought these home. Ingredient list is pretty reasonable (yes, they have butter) and you’re looking at 4.5g of fat per scone. I’ll do a review soon, these will probably be breakfast tomorrow.
Butternut Squash Lasagna — The Butternut Squash Mac and Cheese tends to have too many spices for my taste, so I’m hoping the lasagna will be a little more subtle. All that’s listed in the butternut squash sauce is rosemary, black pepper, salt and ginger. This also came home with me. Review soon.
Gluten Free Pumpkin Ravioli — The filling includes ricotta mozzarella and parm along with kabocha and pumpkin puree. So it’s just gluten-free, but not dairy free. Spiced with parsley, black pepper, allspice, cinnamon, clove and nutmeg.
Mini Maple Marshmallows — Maple syrup is the last ingredient in these. Like TJ’s other marshmallows, they are vegan and gluten-free. I’m not sure what I’d put these in … cider seems odd. But maybe for a small batch of fall-ish Rice Krispie treats?!
Honeycrisp Apple Cinnamon Greek Yogurt — Another returning item, but I can’t remember trying it in years past. It’s pretty cinnamony, but it does have tiny diced apples in it. Thick enough that I could see spreading it on graham crackers. I ate about half the container for a snack.

Still lots of fall favorites to keep an eye out for over the next few weeks as Trader Joe’s Pumpkinpalooza rolls on. Some of my faves from years past:
