On the latest episode of Inside Trader Joes, Tara and Matt spotlighted six new Trader Joe’s products to put on your shopping list, and highlighted a few other recent additions to TJ’s shelves.
I stopped in to my local store yesterday and spotted two of the new items.
First up, Trader Joe’s newest Spotlight Cheese: Rutland Red Leicester Cheese. It’s got the deep orange color of Mimolette, but it’s described as similar cheddar in flavor.
Next up: Ruby Red Grapefruit Segments. These pre-peeled grapefruit segments take the work out of making supremes.
Other products to be on the lookout for:
Chocolate and Peanut Butter Joe-Joe’s — If you love the dipped Joe-Joe’s that turn up around the holidays, these peanut butter-coated cookies will be right up your alley.
Grapefruit Body Butter – If you miss the mango body butter and have gotten tired of the coconut, like me, you’ll be looking forward to this one. Should be in stores any day now, early to mid-March, according to Inside Trader Joe’s.
Oven Baked Cheese Bites with Tomato and Chili – Adding to its line up of plain cheese bites, and the truffle cheese bites, Trader Joe’s is bringing us a version with tomato and the kick of red pepper flakes.
Cinnamon Coffee Cake Muffins — In the bakery section, TJ’s is adding another gluten-free option with cinnamon coffee cake muffins with cinnamon chips baked in.
