We Tried Trader Joe’s Queso Fundido

If you’re already overwhelmed by all the holiday treats hitting Trader Joe’s this week, good news. TJ’s rolled out a spicy cheese dip you’re gonna want at every party this holiday season. Even better news, Trader Joe’s Queso Fundido ($5.99 for a 1 lb. container) keeps it simple. You just microwave it and it’s done in about 4 minutes.

So, I thought I’d do a video review this time and take you through the process. I mean, it’s not even a process, really.

If you’re used to throwing together Velveeta and a can of RoTel, Trader Joe’s Queso Fundido is even easier, and arguably better, since it’s made with real cheese. TJ’s version is vegetarian, and is made with soy chorizo, but you’d never notice. It may not be the same as you’d get in a restaurant in Texas, but it’s still damn tasty. And it’s done in about four minutes.
