In the latest episode of its Inside Trader Joe’s podcast, the Monrovia, California-based grocer, offered a sneak peek at eight products that will hit shelves this Spring and Summer. Precise dates weren’t given, so keep your eyes peeled.
If you loved Trader Joe’s Neapolitan Joe-Joe cookies last Summer, get ready for the ice cream version. It features vanilla and strawberry ice cream with chocolate fudge pieces, a dark chocolate swirl and chunks of Neapolitan Joe-Joe cookies.
Gluten-free fans, be on the lookout for Trader Joe’s Mochi Cake Mix. Made with glutinous rice, the cake is purported to have a buttery, vanilla flavor. It’s expected in late Spring/early Summer. We’ll definitely be testing this one.

Golden milk and golden milk lattes with turmeric have been all the rage. TJ’s version, dubbed a “turmeric ginger coconut beverage” brings a non-dairy option to its stores.
Bloody Mary fans be on the lookout for Blood Mary Salsa. Although it doesn’t have any vodka in it, the salsa is “focused and built on and around tomato…and that tomato flavor gets amplified by celery” with some spiciness to it.

Organic Ethiopian Peaberry – Hambela Estate Small Lot Coffee from a single estate in Ethiopia. It’s never been offered outside of Ethiopia, according to Trader Joe’s.
