Cafe Flora Team Brings Vegetarian Fare to Sea-Tac Airport

Floret by Cafe Flora Spotlights Northwest Purveyors With Dine-in and Grab-and-Go Offerings

Answering the call of travelers looking for vegetarian and vegan options in their airport food choices, Floret by Cafe Flora is now open at Sea-Tac airport. Located next to the new Delta lounge between the A and B terminals, Floret offers both dine-in and grab-and-go menu options, as well as a full bar serving cocktails, Washington beer, wine and hard cider.

Floret features many of the same Northwest purveyors who supply Cafe Flora, Seattle’s landmark vegetarian restaurant, including produce from Whistling Train Farm in Kent, tofu from Island Spring Organics on Vashon Island, dairy from Medosweet Farms, and eggs from Stiebrs Farms.


Chef Bernadette Biela’s menu includes:

  • Southern Platter eggs or seasoned tofu, garlicky greens, housemade gluten-free biscuit, vegan country gravy
  • Farmers Market Bowl with cheesy grits topped with delicata squash, lacinato kale, & sun dried tomato jam, choice of egg
  • Superfood Salad with kale, cabbage, broccoli, onion, brussels sprouts, carrot, chia seeds, almonds & creamy ahpple cider vinaigrette
  • French Dip with portobello mushrooms and caramelized onions on a gluten free bread with mushroom garlic au jus

Housemade pastries including Cafe Flora’s signature vegan cinnamon rolls are also available.

Beverages include Stumptown CoffeeRachel’s Ginger Beer and Mystic Kombucha on tap. Cider and beer offerings include Tieton Cider Works hard cider and Fremont Brewing Company IPA on tap.

Floret is open daily with grab-and-go options from 5 a.m. – 9 p.m., and dining room seating from 6 a.m. – 10 p.m. serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Full menus are available here.
