Tickets are still available for Tom Douglas’ Hot Stove Society Food Lovers’ Weekend, April 28- 30 in Seattle. The weekend’s theme: World Flavors, including Brazilian, Caribbean, Chinese, French, Indian, Malaysian and Persian cuisines. The weekend kicks off on Friday night with a reception and demos, followed by two days of eating, drinking and hands-on team activities. You’ll have plenty of opportunity to interact with the chefs, and you won’t leave hungry.

The chef instructor line-up is looking pretty killer so far and is sure to include a few more folks from the Tom Douglas family:

Carrie Mashaney of Mamnoon; Gabriel Chavez of Chavez; Thierry Rautureau of Luc and Loulay; Graca Ribeiro of Tempero do Brasil; Pam Jacob of Pam’s Caribbean Kitchen; Christina Arokiasamy, author of The Malaysian Kitchen; World Spice and Dezi Bonow of The Carlile Room; Tom Douglas, and many more.

Tickets are available at Hot Stove Society.
