		<description><![CDATA[I bet that coffee adds a richness to the sauce and brisket that is divine.  And I love spice of chipotles combined with a bit of brown sugar-it sounds like a perfect combo.  I always make way too much brisket so that I can freeze some.  Then in the heart of winter, I can defrost a meal that took and still tastes like it took days to cook in just a few minutes.
